Hi dr, My menses were regular before Feb 2023, in Feb it was delayed. My period date was 26 Feb  so I did USG and a simple ovarian cyst is found .Report is attached . But without any medicine I got my periods on 8 March with good flow which lasted for 5 days. I didn't take any medicine for the cyst in March but now in April again my periods are delayed by 2 days and there is no chance of pregnancy. What to do now ?
