26. Year old unmarried sexually not active 6 months ago had issue with irregular periods sorted with homeopathy treatment since 3 months have brown spotting for 3-4 days and then i get heavy flow periods since 2-3 day's have pain on left side below the Belly in the lower left quadrant where ovaries are positioned thyroiddiabetes all reports normal got a ultrasound done still in pain in lower back and thighs loss of appetite plzz help don't ask for consultation i can't afford already spent a lot on blood investigation and USG
