I  hv low sperm count issue. I just hv done doppler. My Report as following: Both the testes & epidydimii are normal in size, location echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. No free fluid is noted in the tunica-vaginalis on either side. Both the spermatic cords appear normal. No dilated vascular channels, are seen. No e/o torsion is noted on Doppler interrogation ofthe testes and spermatic cords. ***Reversal of How on Valsalva's maneuver is noted in the left spermatic cord. ( grade I ) No reflux is noted on the right side. Conclusion Left sided grade I varicocoele I attached both semen analysis and doppler of my reports . Pl help me. No other abnormality is seen.
