USG of the abdomen and pelvis

Pls check these 2 attached USG reports and suggest the next step to take. Currently I'm taking medicines since two months for gallstones ie Udiliv 300 mg twice a day. Symptoms- stomach fullness sometimes.

Gallstone if symptomatic needs cholecystectomy. For fatty liver you need consultation with a gastroenterologist.
