Usg of Abdomen (upper abdominal pain)

Hello respected Doctors I've been experiencing pain in upper abdomen 3-4 inches above my navel along with gurgle gas sounds I went for cbc which came in normal ranges and Sonography which I've attached here Please suggest is there anything serious?
