USG follicular monitoring

On the 13th day of my cycle my follicular USG showed NIL under follicle size both for left and right ovaries. And Endo size it showed 6mm. What does it mean? Has the egg already ruptured ? Or does it mean there’s still time for the follicle to develop ?or do I have a problem ?is this normal ? Or a serious problem ? Please help !!

There is no egg growth. Have they mentioned any signs of egg rupture? What is usual cycle length? Nothign serious. Consult gynceologist
