Hello, I am extremely anxious. I went to a spa yesterday and stayed in a hot tub and hot epsom salt pool for over half an hour. I found out today I am 2 weeks pregnant. I have read I have increased my chances of birth defects. Please advise I am so scared and angry with myself.

How come it will effect  onyour baby may be I am not aware of it.Better go and consult to gynaecologist ,get done ultrasonography and follow her advice.I don't think  any adverse effects on your baby.
