There is a chance that some of the medicine may be excreted in breast milk but it's usually in small quantities hence practically no problem using meftal spas during breast feeding. Still of u want to be very very safe then u can choose not to take meftal spas or avoid breast feeding if the child is older and has started eating normal foods.
