Use of ipill

Plz advice on the use of ipill after 4 months of delivery , is it safe for the woman to use ipill after giving birth to baby

Hi, even though there is Lactational amenorrhoea & you do not get periods, though some women can ovulate and in the meantime if you have had intercourse, there is a possibility of conception. The best contraception would be condoms. Add Regards ipill, it gives a sudden high surge of progesterone hormone. It has a high failure rate, hence should be avoided especially if breastfeeding. Hello there. Till you breast feed the baby, you won't be conceiving. So why do you want to take ipill and stuff? You are in the period called lactational amenorrhoea. Consult your gynaecologist for further help. Regards

Hello kindly don't use I pill normally der is physiological contraception ie lactation amenorrhoea if you want contraception go for a copper t or condom consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
