I use by mistake azithral oinment antibiotics once for eye dryness...should I continue and if yes then for how many days or should I stop

Azithral is an antibiotic ointment. It will not help with your dry eyes.

Stop using it. Instead, use lubricating eye drops or gel for the dryness.
