Usage of many medications

Hi Ian not keeping well from Aug.I used the below medications.first-- 1)Doxcy-10 tablets for 5 days 2)Neuroban forte-30 tablets for 1 month 3)shelcal-10 tablets 10 days 4)dolo 650-5 tablets for 5 days Next consulted MD- 1)Spinfree -3 tablets 2)dolo 650 -5 tablets Next throat itching started in was prescribed 1)Azee-5 days 5 tablets Cough syrup No change in symptoms them 1)tab billagra-15 days 2)Lexzin mk-15 days 3)rabter-d -15 days No change in symptoms Again was prescribed 1)Tab medrol 16 mg used for 3 days and stopped it as it was steroid 2)tab montek lc -5 days 3 )pan -d -5 days In between I used aceclofenac,betadine,salt gargle, steam inhalation,. My question is I used all these medication from August.Does this many medications which I took cause any serious health issues?plz reply plz
