Pls advise on this Ultrasound findings Ill defined isoechoic lesion of size measuring 3.3 x 1.7 cms seen overlying the extensor aspect of mid arm . No adjacent inflammatory changes / significant internal vascularity The lesion is confined to the subcutaneous plane causing mild indentation on the muscles of the extensor compartment. IMPRESSION: * Findings to suggest Lipoma Thanks
