What is the normal motility rate i.e active sperms rate required to get pregnancy?? i am having 20% active sperms with 46million sperm count and morphology is as follows:. normal-75% Abnormal-25%(defective head-5%,mid piece defect-8%, defective tailed-12%) what can be done to increase the active sperm rate? please suggest. we have been trying for a child since a year
