Urine yellow colour

My son he is 4 months old he is passing yellow colour urine earlier he was fine,I am consuming vitamin B12 tablets nuerobin forte tablets even my urination is also yellow. Pls tell me the reason for this or shud I consult doctor Pls advise me

No need to worry.it is due to  B12 vitamin tablet consumption.
