I got my urine test recently and it shows leukocyte esterase as positive with 5-7 wbcs in urine but nitrites are not detected. It also shows scant bacteria and budding yeast cells. What does this mean? Should I be worried? P.s. I don't have any symptoms as such but since a few weeks before the test I was not having enough water and I couldn't use the washroom for many hours that day. Does this affect the test? What should I do please help!!
