I did regular urine test and it reports it was found that protein was positive..is there anything to worry?i take natural aceblend protein after gym..shall i stop taking it?and i eat nonveg almost daily..any diet i need to follow?

Get repeat urine routine done after, 1 week.. If its again positive, then u may need further investigations
