Urine Sensation while sex and masturbati

I have this problem since 2 years. Often I will have a urge to pee. After peeing within few seconds I will get the urge again to pee(I will stress harder to empty the bladder). During masturbation I will get a sensation to urinate. Also I can't control my ejaculation during masturbation and sex.
