Sir I am siffering from frequent urination as if all urine doesnt pass through the penis .I have gone through sonography twice but nothing was found. When urine comes with great speed no problem but as speed goes on decreasing I feel the urine is at the tip inside and doesnt come out and after few second it comes in drop. Secondally right side of my penis is red and little painful. Isnt dye to sometimes over masturbation. I beg pardon for my english
