Urine Problem, went to frequently

I have to go for urine very frequently, 8 to 10 times in day and 3 to 4 times at night. I have done urine test and blood sugar too, BS is ok but urine test has some infection, I took medicine for infection as priscribed by doctor. please give me some suggestion regarding the problem.

Its due to uti it seemss, need to get urine culture sensitivity and proper medication based urine tests by urologist are required
