Since last 15-20 days I found that During sleep I leak few drops of urine and found my underwear slightly wet in the morning. Apart from this I don't feel any burning sensation or any other type of urine problem.

Most likely, its urine dat wudve leaked after u passed urine or maybe urethral secretions which is normal..if u ve no trouble controlling urine otherwise, dont worry..
