URINE PROBLEM QUERY

CUE Report shows pus cells in urine(Im having burning during micturition,pain in lower abdomen,feeling of incompleteness after passing urine),Culture and sensitivity report normal..What is happening?Do I have UTI or not?If no then why am I having burning sensation when passing urine(also burning sensation while sitting) Kindly reply Please tell me..Can pus in urine be present due to some vaginal infection? last time also in September same thing happened..CUE showed pus cells,I was having symptoms but culture report was normal Please tell me whats happening and help me🙏

Either it is an infection by a bacteria that hasn't been detected by the test ( TB of the kidney , urinary bladder etc) or it is a kidney stone which has caused infection and only the pus is trickling down.
Next Steps
1) Get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out kidney stone 2) Consult a pathologist for TB related investigation (CBNAAT, TB GOLD etc).
