Considering your current simptoms some more tests or check up would be require, but since you want some Home remedies for your problem, I think following remedy will show good result.
Take 1 tea spoon Corriender seeds and 1 tea spoon cummin seeds in one cup of warm water (not very hot) keep this mixture for 2 hours and then take out only water from it.
Consume it before sleep.
