Urine passing issue

Hello dr. I am suffering from urine blockage due to muscular obstruction. For this i have to apply pressure for urination. Sometime urine blocked but applying pressure for a while then urine passing start. One time dr. did the laser operation but it was not successful. After one year problem again started. I donot pass my urine fluently. Please dr. Help me.

Is diagnosis for urinary tract obstruction has to be made to have proper treatment. Stricture/ stenosis,bladder neck obstruction,neurogenic causes,may be in differential diagnosis Few specialzed test may make exact diagnosis and guide for appropriate treatment.consult a urologist for review
