Hello..... Ureteric stones could be the cause..  Ultrasound abdomen is required..  Urthral stricture  could  also present with same symptoms..  Get ultrasound and consult urologist in nearest hospital..  If it's stone in ureter it need to be removed by surgery or Lithotripsy.....
