Urine not coming properly

I was covid positive 20 days before but now I recovered and also during that time my period started but now past 2/3 days i m feeling like my urine is not coming properly in a day it come only 3 times also once I go for urine again I m passing lite blood clots. Wht should I do. Plz advise
