Urine Leakage since 2 days

Hi I am feeling urine Leakage issue since last 2-3 days. I also feel excessive urge for urination (around 15-20 times a day). I am facing this issue since 2-3 days only and for the first time in my life. Please note that i had hydrocele surgery a month ago which went fine and its okay now. Please help.
