I have mostly infected by urin insfection and most problem is that the urinery speed is not proper it just going outside like drop or very slow

The cause for the repeated urinary tract infection could be a bladder outflow obstruction. please do a Uroflowmetry, and if the flow is very slow, then get a retrograde urethrogram and voiding cystourethrogram to rule out a urethral stricture. Consult a Urologist nearby soon
