Water intake :- 2200 ML Output ( Urine) :- 1200 ML On off excessive urine issues that's y m sharing this.  10 times a day urine Urine report is also attached

I think it ok, no infection, nothing is there. Excess urination might be because of winter weather. If you had similar increase frequency since long time then you need evaluation for that need to consult with a urologist.
