I am suffering from urine infection, there is some white layer appeared. It collects some white layer and I need to clear it and clean it everyday twice. Tried some medication but not working what to do

Got ur pain n concern though it's smegma,  normal but do u note any itching or pain or rash if so plz consult dermatologist or physician. It demands just cleaning while bath.
