Occasional pus cells, occasional epithelial cells and occasional gram negative bacilli were seen. No significant growth in culture.

Needs repeat urine test with urine sample properly collected mid stream urine has to be collected and sent it to the laboratory within 1hour. As urine infection in boys less than 1year age is not good and need to be investigated thoroughly.
