Hi doctor, I am having urination with pain and always dark yellow urine with heat while passing urination since two days . Ultrasound report impression : fatty liver, cystitis. No fever. Is there any injury urethra?

This is infection... Get urine culture done.. And start antibiotics as per reports... In the mean time take plenty of water... Share reports..
