Urination problem

Today from6:00am to 6:00pm i drink 2:30 ltrs water but going for pee five times always feeling that need to urinate but when i go for pee its pain full and little bit urine and also there is no flow of urine pls help. Any syrup or medicine can help me.

Get urine culture done. Take tab Alfoo 10mg 0-0-1 for 10 days and review
