Urination at night

I wake up 3-5 times every night to urinate. I take about 2 litre of water during the day, but restrict the water intake after about 7pm. I don't visit the toilet more than 2 times during the day, but urinate at night. This is disturbing my sleep, and I feel exhausted during the day. Please suggest suitable treatment for the same.
