I have been up since 6:30 am today coz I was having an urge to urinate again n again but only few drops are coming. I have already been to the washroom more than 10 times. It's really uncomfortable. I m having Ferium XT and Aldactone 50 post dinner for the past 10 days. Does these medicines have any such side effects? N I also have a loss of appetite for the past 3 -4 days.

Hello, I went through your query, ferium xt has iron and folic acid in it, which is know to cause gastritis which may cause discreased appetite. But it is not clear why you are taking tab. Aldactone, which is actually a diuretic, used to increase urine flow in fluid overload cases (there are many causes for fluid overload). Please get back with details or please consult your doctor.
