Urinating a lot
So I have been urinating a lot from past 2 days all of a sudden. I am urinating so much that I can't even sleep properly.i have been masturbating a lot from last month could that be the reason.also my throat is very dry so drinking lots of water.also I have history of eating lots of sugar could this be case of diabetes but I have done sugar tests one year ago which was normal.the temperature right now in my city is very high my body is also feeling hot I am getting night sweats.please tell what to do I am really worried I can't even go to hospital because of lockdown also it's risky to go outside please tell me what to do.
