Urinary tract obstruction.

There is some kind of obstruction in urinary tract, having difficulty in uruination, its irritating and painfull, i am suffering from this last 3 days,umm after ejaculation. Healthy urination is not occurring since i ejaculate about 3 days ago. Need advise
