I'm 22 years old now I having a pain near pelvic region Itching and burning sensation during urine pass There is abnormal smell in urine Last menses was so heavy and colour was dark brown After menses there is pain and pimples like feel in vulva area Now there is regular discharge of yellowing fluid from vagina and unpleasant smell
