I have a UTI. I've had fever for 2 days, pain while peeing + burning sensation. Need to know how to treat a UTI please

Stay hydrated. Check kidney function test to assess the extent of kidney damage. Get urine culture and microscopy to identify the bacteria. Get Ultrasound KUB to locate the source of infection. Culture directed antibiotics should tackle the infection. Ultrasound guided protocol to identify the source and prevent it from happening again.
