I had a physical relationship with my boyfriend a month ago. And few days later I started getting this strange orange smell in my urine. I did a Urine RE test and the result came as “Pus cells- Numerous”. I did a urine culture and the result came as “rbc and wbc - Numerous “ I have a small cramp in my lower back at times. I was given antibiotics for a 4 day course. The course is over and I still have a small cramp in by back. Not as much as before but very small cramp.
