Urine passess with difficulties accompaned with alot of pain. Also sometimes doesn't pass completely and x-ray images show that there is something that blocks the urine from passing through the penis.

Hi At your age it is likely due to prostate enlargement. Hence please see an urologist who can evaluate you further and prescribe medications for you.
