In my wife's urinary report everything is normal except pus cells: 60-70/HPF and Epithelial: 2-4/HPF what does it means and how to cure it. Help very much appreciated.

Hi She has urinary infection.  Do a urine culture and sensitivity test. After that she can take antibiotics.  UTI do happen after sexual intercourse.  She can take a prophylactic antibiotics
