Urinary infection

I am having diabetics & high BP for the past 15 years. For diabetic I am taking insulin hum.Actrapid and insulated 30 units(15+15) twice a day and amlong for BP.From test I came to know that I am having 25-30 pus cells and 6-8 Epithelial cells and now I am in CKD stage 4. Please advise how can I get rid of this and how to avoid dialysis.

Treat infection actively by first urine culture&sensitivity done and then appropriate antibiotic course as per sensitivity report. For management of progression of chronic kidney disease guidelines are Active control of blood sugar Treat any infection actively Avoid high protein diet Avoid strenuous activity Maintenance of haemoglobin by regular monitoring ,supplementation of  erythropoietin and haemopoietic drugs if any anaemia Supplementation of calcium & vit.D as and when advised by nephrologist Control of blood pressure Regular follow up by a nephrologist for monitoring of renal parameters and drug doses advise
