Sperm smell in urine. Very little sperm when ejaculating. Some discomfort after ejaculation. Trouble emptying bladder. Frequent urge to urinate but never feel empty. I have gone to urologist and have given them a urine sample but no sign of infection. Also when given ultrasound on bladder after urinating, still substantial amount of fluid in bladder. I also have some discomfort in my abdomen, especially lower abdomen. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you, Anonymous
