Went to doctor months ago n suggested tab levoflox 500 and infection got cured but again same has been occurred. are levoflox 500 n levofloxin 500 tab both same?

Levofllox and levofloxin 500 are same First get ur Urine routine and culture test done and then consult a doctor and then take treatment Don’t Self medicate
