Dear sir ,my mom is having back pain and leg pain , while taking x-ray found no any abnormalities As per doctor suggetion we done urine test and results will be below mentioned Albuminium: ...Traces Sugar:nil Micro; pus cells:...40-45/HPF EP cells:...1-2/HPF Please tell ,is there any serious ? What type of treatment is good?

does she have any burning sensation while passing urine ? pus in urine can be due to infection or due to stone in urinary tract . do an ultrasound and urine culture.
