I am taking alfuzosin tablet since 20 days and not experience any relief in urinal frequency and testical pain

Probably you are suffering from urinary tract infection . Please give a urine test for culture and sensitivity and start on an antibiotic, preferably Levofloxacin ( if you have a no experience of allergy to this) and change the medication as per the urine report.
