From last 2 months my urine colour is dark, i tested urine and semen culture both results are negative so what do ?

I think your water intake is inadequate. You need to drink small quantities of water frequently during daytime and reduced water intake after 6 pm in the evening. You should be able to produce around 2 litres of urine in 24 hours. Urine should be light yellow in colour. That's ideal.
