Prostatomegaly is normal age related process.. Prostate gland enlargement is seen mostly after 60 yrs of age... in few patients it can have cancerous enlargement also.. to check for cancer Do Serum Prostate Specific Antigen.. Start T. Urimax 0.4 mg at bed time daily for 3 weeks and follow up after three weeks for reassessment of symptoms
