Since i became a chef, i have this problem. The problem is when i begin to feel like urinate, it feels like its full and have to urinate quickly. Usually the felling will slowly increase the urge to go but usually when I started to feel it i have to immediately to go toilet instead of bear it for a little while, and my urine is usually a lot. Is it the bladder of mine with problem?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Question is horribly framed. Sorry to say that. So you mean to say you don't go to urinate when you feel like and you wait for a lot of time before going.
