My daughter is 18days she has watery eyes which sticking all the time as well she is sneezing and suffocating some time ... she is not sleeping as well I am not understanding what to do can I give phenergan if yes then how much

Its normal...nasal block or sneezing is common in newborn, nothingbto do as its normal.... For nasal block instill nasal saline drops... For stcking eye, its due to lacrimal duct obstruction so do lacrimal massage to relieve it...

Do lacrimal duct massage ( over the inner part of The Eye near the nose) 2-3 times/ day for 3 months. Watering could be due partial block of the duct.
